My Own Fitness Transformation
This app was a breakthrough for me. It turns out, when there’s no pressure from external eyes or coaches, and I can completely customize my workout, I actually… like working out!
I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, but the difference is MAJOR. I’m super motivated, especially when I see my Sweat Streak tick up. The videos themselves are straightforward (perfect for beginners like me), and you can go at your own pace.
