As a chronic stress-er, this seemed like the perfect product for me.
I decided to try it for the first time after a long, anxiety-ridden workday when my adrenaline was still pumping. After slamming my laptop shut at 6pm, I threw on a Relax patch. It was super easy to peel and stick, and while the patch was definitely noticeable on my wrist, I didn’t mind since I was staying in.
I started feeling the effects in about half an hour – maybe because I was occupied with cooking dinner and not really thinking about it – when I sat down to eat. Instead of letting out an enormous sigh and already feeling anxious about the next day of work, I felt peaceful and calm.
And that’s how the rest of the night went, until I took it off at 11pm for bedtime. The patch went strong for that entire 5-hour timespan, and I have no doubts it would’ve lasted even longer if I’d tried.
