One thing I don’t compromise on: sleep.

For the sheet geeks, let’s really break it down. Sateen refers to the weave rather than the fabric, so this style can be made with any material – bamboo lyocell just happens to be supreme. As soon as these sheets – in sassy "Brass" and calming “Quartz” – arrived on my doorstep, I knew they would be superior to any other sheets I’ve tried (Cozy Earth, anyone?). Even though they sat outside in the hot sun for a bit, I opened up the box and found them cool to the touch.

At first, I was a bit concerned that they were wrinkly. How could something that costs $499 do that? But with a couple tries, I learned the secret is removing them from the dryer immediately and giving them a good shake, and that line drying is even better if you have the time.
